• Credit: 600+ (no bankruptcy in the last 5 years). Lower scores may require additional deposit
• Criminal: Case-by-case review. A Criminal Background Check will be conducted
• Rental history: No evictions in the last 5 years; verifiable references required
• Employment: 12+ months of stable or consistent work history, with references
